My Journey with OM System: Decades of Trust
In the mid-1990s, I picked up my first SLR camera, the analog Olympus OM30. Since that moment, my gear has evolved from film to digital and from SLR to mirrorless, but one thing has remained constant: my absolute trust in Olympus, now known as OM System.
Today, I rely on the OM-1 Mark II as the cornerstone of my professional work. It isn't just a camera; it is the tool that allows me to translate my vision of the world into the images you see in my book and portfolio.
Why I Choose OM System
My photography style is defined by wandering through nature and reacting to the moment. OM System’s philosophy aligns perfectly with this "Break Free" approach:
Portability: The compact, lightweight design means I can carry my entire kit in one bag, staying mobile whether I'm chasing light in the mountains or trekking through local forests.
Reliability: With world-class weatherproofing, I never have to stop for rain, wind, or snow. I can stay focused on the shot while others are packing away their gear.
Innovation: Features like Live ND, Focus Stacking, and Subject Detection aren't just gadgets—they expand my creative possibilities in the field, allowing me to capture shots that would otherwise be impossible.
Proud to be an OM System Ambassador
Since 2022, I have been an official member of the OM System Ambassador Team. This partnership is a highlight of my career, allowing me to share my passion and knowledge at festivals, workshops, and across my YouTube channel.
