Coming up for the holidays: RED

As we are heading into the holiday season, I figured it would be nice to have a theme that gets us in the holiday mood! The theme for December will be the colour RED!

Every subject is allowed as long as the main subject in the image is RED. Think about red cars, clothing, skies, animals, hair, Christmas decorations, etc. Anything is allowed as long as we can all see why it is submitted for the red challenge!

Guidelines for Everyone

We want this challenge to be a fun and welcoming space for photographers of all ages and backgrounds. To keep it that way, please follow these simple ground rules:

Family-Friendly Content: Please keep all submissions family-friendly. This means no nudity, graphic violence, politically motivated content, or highly controversial and provocative subject matter.
Originality: Please only submit work that you have captured yourself.
Permissions: If your image features people, please ensure you have the proper model release or permission to use their likeness.

Important Dates

Submissions: The upload form will open on December 1st. Keep an eye on this page, as you can start sending in your entries then!
Display: All images will be visible in the gallery below after December 1st once they are uploaded.
Voting: The voting phase will officially begin on January 1st, 2027.
